A security and booking deposit is payable at the time of booking. This security deposit is refundable only up to 30 days after booking is made, after which time it becomes non refundable. Bookings made less than 6 weeks before arrival date must be accompanied by the full amount of the holiday charge.
The balance must be paid so as to arrive no later than six weeks before the commencement of your holiday. If the balance is not received by the due date then your holiday will be treated as a cancellation and the client will remain liable to pay the balance of the rent. Please inform us immediately should there be a problem paying the full balance by its due date.

If you cancel your holiday at a date later than the 30 days grace period from date of placing your booking but more than 6 weeks before your holiday is due to start, then only your deposit will be forfeited. If you cancel at less than 6 weeks prior to the holiday then the full balance remains due and is not refundable.
